Cancelling your time in the field if you cancel less than 24 hours the full payment is required
You can cancel your booking before this time if you have paid by paypal please ensure you let me know so I can check

Payment

Please leave cash in Barn which is allocated just inside the first field to your right – or PayPal which is on our booking form [we also sell free range eggs £2.50 box] there is a black post box on wall with envelopes ensure you write your name time and date so I can allocate your booking and payment

By booking and using padlocks paddock you agree that the use of the field is at your own risk and agree not to hold its owners responsible for any injury to you or anyone accompanying you, your dog/dogs

Padlock paddock is a field and woodland and can become wet and slippery and woodland has trees and under roots which caution is needed when using in winter time

The play equipment is for use of your dogs and we take no responsibility for any injury to you or your dog or any other person when using NO CHILDREN OR ADULTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT

CHILDREN are not allowed on any part of the agility equipment. Children are welcome to the fields and remain the responsibility of adult who is with them and must be supervised at all times

PLEASE PICK UP YOUR DOG POOP!!! There is a green bin allocated by gate into the walk way failure to clean up will result in us asking you not to come and use our facilities again

PLEASE PARK IN THE ENCLOSED AREA BY WALK WAY IT WILL TAKE 2 CARS - IF MORE CARS ARE IN YOUR BOOKING YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK OPPOSITE - ALL DOGS TO BE KEPT ON A LEAD UNTIL IN THE FIELD

DO NOT DRIVE PAST THE CONES !!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PARK IN THE FIELDS -

ENSURE THAT THE ROPE IS PULLED ACROSS SO THAT NO ONE ELSE COMES INTO THE FIELD

YOUR TIME STARTS ON THE HOUR AND YOU MUST ENSURE YOU LEAVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE END OF SESSION 50 MINS IN THE FIELD AND 10 MINS TO GET BACK INTO YOUR CAR AND OUT OF THE PARKING SPACE
